Protocol
The following are the official rules and regulations which every member of No Mercy is expected to follow and uphold. This is a code of honor, loyalty, and tradition. (Just follow it guys... it's not THAT hard!)

A.) Code of Conduct
Fight with honor. Obey your superior officer(s). Be active and contribute to the team, and the community as a whole. Foul language, racist remarks, and other similar things are unnacceptable and will be dealt with quickly.

B.) Medals
The following medals are awarded
for bravery, and/or certain meritorious acts of service to the team or Liao
as a whole.
The Blood Star
Awarded for gallantry, braverly under fire, excellence in
combat, going above and beyond the call of duty in a leadership role in service
to the Capellan Confederation.
The
Blood Fang
Award for gallantry
and excellence in battle.
The
Crimson Shield
Awarded for single handedly deafeating multiple opponents. This is awarded
at IHLL. Requirements : Must defeat 2 or more mechs without aid. Mechs must
be able to fight back, even if previously damaged. This encounter must result
in a victory (killing two and then losing to the third doesn't count.)
The
Crimson Legion
Awarded for maganimous performance in the course of combat or service to "No
Mercy". This is a one time award only. 1) Single-handling accomplishing
4 kills in one drop during the IHLL. 2) 8 Bloodfangs qualifcations (not required
consecutive.)
The
No Mercy Guard
This is to reward those who put aside individual needs
for the good of Liao and honor the spirit of "No Mercy"
Phoniex:
Bird of Prey Duelist Medal
Awarded for winning the Duelist Tournament within No Mercy.
Tournament is indivdual combat...OT -ladder-BO5. Multiple awards are possible
for this medal. Current "Duelist" is noted by
Awarded fo winning the 2 on 2 tournament within No Mercy.
Tournament is team combat ...OT ladder-BO5
IHLL rules apply, but for TL we use medium and light mechs.
Multiple awards are possible.
Distinguished Service Crosses
Medals represent time spent in the performance of skills practice
as well as war and tournament drops. Subsequent awards for total drops are
listed below. The award is automatic after reaching the required total.
